1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Stefan Mastaller (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and his customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for the provision of coaching, training, and consulting services.
1.2 The current offers, prices, and service descriptions are available on mastaller.com.
1.3 Deviating agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing.
2. Services
2.1 The provider offers individual coaching, training, and consulting services focused on improving athletic performance, health management, and personalized support.
2.2 The exact scope of services is defined by the package booked or the individually agreed-upon coaching.
2.3 There is no entitlement to a specific training success or guaranteed performance improvement.
3. Conclusion of contract and payment
3.1 A contract is concluded through booking via the website or individual agreement.
3.2 Payment is made in advance via the specified payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).
3.3 The provider reserves the right to provide services only after receipt of payment.
4. Cancellation and change of date
4.1 Paid appointments (e.g., nutrition consultation sessions or other coaching sessions) are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms specified on the website.
4.2 The respective deadlines and terms for cancellations and rescheduling can be found on mastaller.com.
4.3 In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
4.4 Packages with monthly billing can be canceled with a 14-day notice period by the due date (which corresponds to the start date). The first month is always billed. No previously paid amounts will be refunded.
4.5 Subscriptions are indefinite and can be terminated with informal notice.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The use of training plans and recommendations is at your own risk. The provider assumes no liability for injuries, health issues, or any other consequences of the training.
5.2 Before participating in athletic programs, it is recommended to undergo a medical examination.
5.3 The provider is not liable for technical issues or failures of third-party software (e.g., training platforms or communication systems).
6. Data protection
6.1 The provider processes personal data only within the scope of the legal data protection regulations (DSGVO).
6.2 The full privacy policy is available at mastaller.com.
7. Copyright and use of content
7.1 All training plans, analyses, and content created by the provider are protected by copyright.
7.2 The use is solely permitted for the booked customer and may not be shared or published to third parties.
8. Final provisions
8.1 Austrian law applies, and the court of jurisdiction is Vienna.
8.2 If any clause of these terms and conditions is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
