The career

The Vienna-based psychologist and sports scientist has over 15 years of experience in sports psychology. Having supported professionals at World and European Championships, he applies his expertise to amateur athletes as well. As a family man, he regularly tests his mental tools firsthand to set new goals and boost self-motivation in sports and work.
