Our testing method is based on a field test that can be easily and flexibly performed on your own bike. Using complex mathematical models, we can not only calculate the classic training zones and "FTP," but also provide a complete metabolic profile, lactate production rate, and much more.

How can I change or cancel the package?
Login on top of the page (available after the first payment) to manage your subscription. Cancellations can only be made at the beginning of the next month. A 14-day notice period applies.
How does billing work?
After the initial consultation, you book the package of your choice and the fee is automatically charged monthly. Your training start day is your deadline.
Where can I find the questionnaire to get started?
Once you have entered your personal information in the registration process, you will proceed to the questionnaire.
How can I book an “extra phone call”?
Simply book an appointment in the calendar. You will automatically receive a payment link (29 EUR/appointment). (excluding GOLD package)
I have a cold, do I still have to pay for the whole month?
The fee is charged monthly. Like every subscription model (Internet, electricity, Netflix,...), billing continues. Exceptions are possible on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to have previous training experience?
Clearly: No! Every level is welcome.

Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?
No As a coach, I have full access and a premium account is not necessary.
What equipment do I need?
There is no “minimum equipment” to get started. Ideally, a device that can record your workout. (smart watch, bike computer, smartphone,...)
Can I also do the planned workouts on Zwift?
Yes! TrainingPeaks workouts automatically sync with all popular platforms.
